We did a lot of laughing that day. I knew when I first heard Randy and Kate’s scheme for the Farm Kitchen (Poulsbo) that this wedding would be my ideal scenario of kicked-back fun. The barn framed orchard lent the stage for the perfect fall setting. The brilliant and bountiful orange arrangements from Melanie Benson Floral Design (Bainbridge Island) along with her countless wooden boxes of fresh peaches, had us all charmed.
Fall was in the air.
So was the constant flow of contagious laughter.
This is Kate and Randy with their “Best People”, so enjoying their ideal day. What other groom would actually “Bunny Ear” me during the ceremony? (Yes, more laughter!) I know the rest of Randy and Kate’s life together will be much like this day… playful, upbeat, colorful, easy-going, filled with good friends, and surrounded by their loving families.
